How It Works

Complete the enquiry/place an order form
Tell me what you’re looking for by completing the form, including your requirements, personalisation details, stationery choices or any inspiration you have in mind.

Receive your personalised quote
I’ll review your request and confirm pricing, availability and estimated turnaround. For bespoke requests, I’ll work with you to create something that suits your vision.

Approve & pay
Once you’re happy with your quote, I’ll send your invoice and payment details. Your order is confirmed once the required payment has been received.
For bespoke engraving, simply ship the item to my studio that you’d like engraved and I’ll take care of the rest. Items featured in my collections are sourced by me, and I can also source selected perfume bottles from local retailers where available.

Your order is created
I will first send you a draft and once approved, your piece or stationery is carefully designed, personalised and handcrafted, with printing arranged where required.

Ready for your special moment
Once complete, your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for tracked delivery or collection.
